These terms apply to your use of this website, operated by LENOY AND CO PTY LTD (trading as Ebo's Lawn Care).

Information on this website is provided as a general guide only. It is not a quote, an offer, or a guarantee of price, inclusions, availability or attendance. Service descriptions, packages and outcome examples describe the kind of work we do; the scope that applies to your property is the one set out in your written quote.
No prices, price ranges, "from" prices or turnaround times are published on this website. Every job is scoped and priced individually, in writing, based on the actual property, access, condition, area, obstacles and waste involved. All quoted amounts are GST inclusive.
Services we do and do not offer
We only offer the services listed in our published service catalogue. We do not offer chemical or pesticide weed treatment, lawn seeding, fertilising, mulching, or arborist, tree-felling or palm-climbing work, and nothing on this website should be read as an offer to perform licensed or regulated work.
Website packages are presentation groupings only. Selecting one does not fix inclusions or price, and does not create an entitlement to any particular set of tasks.
Quotes & enquiries
Submitting a quote request does not create a contract. Work only proceeds once a quote is accepted in writing.
A quote request is not a booking, and the reference number you receive confirms only that we have your enquiry. Any preferred start date you give us is a preference, not a confirmed appointment — attendance is scheduled only after we agree a time with you.
We do not publish response times and do not guarantee how quickly we will reply to or attend a request.
Written scope and property assumptions
Your written quote defines the work: the areas covered, the tasks included, the frequency where the arrangement is recurring, access arrangements, waste handling and anything expressly excluded. It is prepared from the property description, photographs or inspection available at the time, and it records the assumptions it relies on — for example the condition of the growth, the area involved and the access available.
If the property or scope on site differs materially from those assumptions, we will tell you before continuing rather than adjusting the job quietly.
Getting the property ready
So the work can be completed safely and as quoted, we ask that on the day you provide safe access to the areas to be worked on, including any gates or keys needed; secure pets away from the work area; move any objects we have agreed you will move, such as toys, hoses, furniture and vehicles; and disclose known hazards, for example irrigation, cabling, sprinkler heads, sharp debris, unstable ground, wasp or ant activity, or anything buried in long grass.
Where safe access is not available, or where an undisclosed hazard makes an area unsafe, we may leave that area and discuss it with you rather than proceeding.
Clippings and waste
Clipping and waste removal is included only where your written quote expressly says so, and only for the accepted material and allowance stated in that quote. Otherwise material is left on site as agreed.
Weather, wet ground and unsafe conditions
Where the ground is saturated, where mowing would damage the lawn or rut soft ground, or where severe weather or site conditions would make the work unsafe, we may need to reschedule. In the Townsville wet season this happens from time to time; we will contact you to arrange the next suitable day.
Changes to the work
We do not carry out additional chargeable work without your approval. If the scope needs to change, we set out the changed scope and the changed price and wait for your approval before proceeding.
Excluded work
The following is outside what we offer and is never included in a quote: chemical or pesticide weed treatment and other chemical application; arborist work, major tree work, tree felling and palm climbing; structural landscaping and construction; hazardous, regulated or contaminated waste; and security services or building inspection. Vacant property grounds maintenance is grounds work only and is not a security or building inspection service.
Accepting a quote
Accepting a quote confirms that you accept the scope, the price, the assumptions the quote records, the exclusions it lists and these terms. Each quote carries its own explicit expiry date; after that date it needs to be re-quoted, because property condition and growth change.
Service areas
We work across Townsville and on Palm Island. Coverage of outer and rural locations is by arrangement and is confirmed for your address before work is booked; listing an area on this website is not a guarantee that we can attend a particular property. Any travel or island logistics charge is shown in the written quote before you accept.
Intellectual property
The site content, branding and photography are owned by LENOY AND CO PTY LTD or licensed to us. Please don't reuse without permission.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
