Fence-line lawn reset

A residential lawn taken from patchy, uneven growth along the fence line back to a clean, even cut with defined edges.

The challenge
Growth along the fence line had been mown around rather than cut, so the lawn read as unfinished even after a mow.
Work performed
Full mow, fence-line trimming and edge definition, then a blow-down of hard surfaces.
Result
The lawn was left with an even cut and clean edges across the whole yard, including the fence line.

Narrow access strip between houses

Tight side-of-house access with limited room for a mower deck, brought back to a maintained strip.

The challenge
The access strip was too narrow for a mower deck and had been left out of the regular mow.
Work performed
Brush cutting through the strip, trimming to the boundaries and a full blow-down.
Result
The strip reads as part of the maintained property again rather than a forgotten corridor.

Overgrown yard clean-up and removal

A yard that had run well past a normal mow, cut back in stages and cleared, with the green waste loaded out.

Staged cut-back, clean-up of the whole yard, then loading and removal of the green waste.
Result
The site was left clear rather than tidy with a pile of cuttings left behind for the owner to handle.
