  2. 2. We confirm access requirements, ground conditions and whether the first visit is a reset or a maintenance visit.
  3. 3. You receive a written scope and price, plus any documents you need for your own approval process.
  4. 4. Recurring work is scheduled, with rescheduling communicated when wet-season ground conditions require it.
